Acid Casein has a protein content in excess of 90% and a good amino acid profile making this ideal for use in balanced HNV baits. Use of Acid casein will allow baits to maintain a softer centre and aids with binding proving to be functional as well as providing a good profile.
Mixed 50/50 with Rennet casein you can acquire a better profile for your finished baits.

Sodium Caseinate is a milk protein derived from using sodium to remove the protein content from milk. It has a protein content in excess of 96% and makes a very functional binder. Being one of the lightest of the milk proteins caution should be used as to the inclusion levels as 10% plus can make baits buoyant.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 10% – (100g) per kg base mix.
Calcium Caseinate is one of the highest quality milk proteins, with a crude protein content of 96% this soluble lactic casein should not be overlooked as even being used at moderate levels this product provides valuable essential amino acids. Care should be taken as to the inclusion levels as this product is very light and can produce buoyant baits.
