Wheat Gluten has a protein content of around 75% and will give your baits a rubbery firmness. This cost effective product will help with binding and can be included in paste to slow the breakdown time, Can be included in base mixes at up to 10%. Care should be taken as high levels of gluten can give a memory to your sausage that can make it contract and distort finished shapes.

Our newly sourced Sardine & Anchovy (LT) is a slightly darker fishmeal that has a protein content around 68% this is around 2% higher than standard white fishmeal.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 50% – (500g) per kg base mix.
This roasted peanut meal is is not only a valuable source of quality protein but is also a very attractive ingredient which has a deep nutty aroma with this being roasted it also adds extra flavour and digestibility.

Acid Casein has a protein content in excess of 90% and a good amino acid profile making this ideal for use in balanced HNV baits. Use of Acid casein will allow baits to maintain a softer centre and aids with binding proving to be functional as well as providing a good profile.
Mixed 50/50 with Rennet casein you can acquire a better profile for your finished baits.

Our Premium Whole Egg Powder is a fantastic binding agent and can be used as a direct replacement for liquid egg. Whole egg powder will firm baits throughout whereas egg albumen will tend to create a tougher skin whilst leaving the centre moist. You can create your liquid egg by mixing it with water, start of mixing 180/230g (18%/23%) of whole egg powder to make 1 litre of liquid egg, remember you can higher the inclusion level which will increase the binding potential of the liquid.
Premium Whole Egg Powder (60%) Contains 60% egg albumen. More % of egg albumen gives much more binding allowing less to be used. Also has a higher protein content and lower fat content, creating a fantastic egg powder.
Due to the high amount of egg albumen in this egg powder you can lower your boiling times by half, this will create a nice rubbery outer skin leaving the centre soft. Vice versa if you require tougher boilies for throwing sticks simply boil for your normal boiling times which will toughen the boilie throughout.
To get the best results when mixing with water, mix thoroughly with a paddle mixer using a drill then leave for at least 2 hours before using.
Start by adding 200g 60% whole egg powder into a large measuring jug, then fill with water to the 1L mark and mix very, very well. It is best to leave for at least 2 hours before using. The % of 60% whole egg powder can be altered going forward if needed, until you achieve your desired binding.
Recommend boiling times with 60% whole egg powder.
12mm – 45 seconds
15mm – 60 seconds
18mm – 80 seconds
These times can again be altered until you achieve your desired texture.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 23% – (230g) per kg base mix.
Kelp Meal will add essential vitamins to finished baits in the form of B12 that is not available in most bait ingredients. It is commonly known that carp love to crunch food items on their back teeth this kelp meal will add that crunch factor to your bait and also improve its overall profile.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 15% – (150g) per kg base mix.
Dextrose is a starch-based sugar and is made from refined corn, rice, or wheat. Dextrose molecules are the smallest form of carbohydrates and the most easy to digest. A super ‘sweet booster’.
Dextrose Monohydrate (glucose) is a natural sugar that can be used as a sweetener.
Recommended inclusion level is up to 2% – 20g kg base mix.
Blood Plasma is derived from Porcine blood with a protein content of around 80% and great amino acid profile, it has been used widely in the bait industry for years. Blood plasma gives excellent binding and hardening properties, it gels quickly and gives the finished bait a firm outer skin leaving the centre soft allowing the bait to still leak its attractors effectively. Light in colour and also aroma-free, making for a great ingredient for mixes where a neutral smell is required.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 3-5% – (30-50g) per kg base mix. For making hard hookers we recommend inclusion levels of up 10% (100g) per kg base mix.
Note: Also great for adding to pastes where more binding is required.
