What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Parcelforce’s 24 hour service. We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of the order being placed and the order will be sent on a next working day service.

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes, orders can be collected. Please select this option at the checkout and then call the office to arrange a suitable collection appointment time. Please note, at least one working day will be needed to prepare your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Our courier is Parcelforce and so all parcels are tracked. If you have provided a mobile number when placing your order, you will receive a text notification to let you know when the parcel will be delivered.

Please email us if you are wanting to know where your order is and we can track it for you or provide you with the tracking number.

How Do I Place an Order?

It is very easy to place an order. Once you have decided that you want an item, select the weight/size/quantity that you require and then click ‘Add to cart’. You will then be notified that the item you have chosen has been added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or you can go into ‘Your Cart’ and follow the on screen instructions to complete your transaction.
