Egg Albumen also known as egg white powder will give baits a firm skinned finish (allowing boiling times to be lowered) without making the bait rock hard right through. Egg albumen has a protein content of 78% plus and adds to the digestibility and nutritional profile of finished baits.
Egg Albumen may be used with Whey Gel at an inclusion of 5% each to produce a base mix that requires no liquid egg. This enables you to add either water or liquid (non oil based) attractors to your base mix to produce a far more soluble finished bait. Add Egg Albumen at 5% and also Whey Gel at 5% to eliminate the requirement for liquid egg.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix.
